"4th SUMMER UNIVERSITY
FOR GREEN, PACIFIST AND ALTERNATIVE MOVEMENTS":
THE ALTERNATIVE IS IN CONSTRUCTION !
The “4th SUMMER UNIVERSITY FOR GREEN, PACIFIST AND ALTERNATIVE MOVEMENTS” was held this year in the Parisian region from August 22 to August 25. Meeting of objectors to the New World Order and for the Peoples’ Cause, this transnational initiative seems thereafter to disturb the System.
Since
the end of July the Zionist press has denounced
under the title “FRIENDS OF LIBYA. SUMMER
MEETING IN PARIS” the meeting of “a heterogeneous galaxy of
movements going from the ultra-left to the nationalist right-wing that will meet,
under the aegis of the Tripoli regime”. In full crisis of paranoia,
“ACTUALITE JUIVE” affirmed that
“It is a same hate for Israel that welds participants” (sic) ! We
must note that the topic of Zionism and the Israeli politics didn't make the
object of any specific intervention and that it was not even dedicated more than
some minutes in one lecture dedicated to the “American neo-conservatives”.
More
preoccupying, notably for the liberty of meeting and the free-circulation of
ideas so much vaunted in Euroland, Embassies of France, notably in
Cameroon, in Russia and in Belgrade, refused systematically
visas to many participants.
This year, the “4th Summer University” had privileged the participation of political executives, intellectuals, journalists and other opinion leaders, representatives of a large alternative movement coming from Europe and Africa:
-
associations close to Libya as the “Jamahir Society” and the
MIDD (“Mouvement International pour la Démocratie Directe”",
the Libyan Revolutionary Committees structure in Europe) that invited
this year, or the “Revolutionary Committees” (RC, Libya) and the
Libyan embassy (that had delegated their representatives) ;
- executives of the PCN-NCP (that assured the organization) ;
-
environmentalists of the “Party of the Greens of Romania” and “Europe-Ecologie”
(corresponding of “Earth First!” in the French-speaking space) ;
-
militants coming from Eastern Europe, notably from the Polish movement
“Samobroona” (the first opposition party in Poland) or also from the “Congress
of Serbs of Europe” (that organizes the Serbian diaspora) ;
-
international structures as “La Cause des Peuples” (“The Peoples’
Cause”), the “Iraq Committees”, the FCDSM (“French-speaking
Committee for the Defense of Slobodan Milosevic”) or the “Committee
for the Liberation of the Political Prisoners of the Hague” ;
-
people responsible of many African movements and parties, notably ACTUS (“Action
du Tchad pour l'Unité et le Socialisme”, Chad), MFDC (“Mouvement des
Forces Démocratiques de la Casamance”, Senegal), MUC (“Mouvement
pour l'Unité du Congo“, Congo-Brazzaville), SDF (“Social Democratic
Front“, Cameroon), “Conscience Africaine” (Rwanda), “Terre
des Hommes“ (Cameroon), …

as well as many journalists, politologueses and committed intellectuals.
The
“4th Summer University” received also the support of many parties and
movements, notably from Ireland, Italy, Hungary, Britain (“Socialist Labour
Party”), Russia, Lithuania,
Latvia, Bulgaria, or also from Africa, as “MCR-Mauritania” or
MCR-TOGO (“Mouvement Togolais pour la Cause Commune”) that gave the
tone : “We encourage all our comrades of struggle to continue their battle
for the pure and complete eradication of the new world order that the
imperialist forces want to impose. We greet all the organization Committee and
all the revolutionary comrades who participate in this meeting”".
“WHAT
FUTURE FOR THE WORLD ORDER ?” was the central theme of this year. Works, coordinated by Luc MICHEL,
were organized around central themes, representing the common preoccupation of
participants : “What perspectives for Eastern Europe ?” - “The
new role of NATO” - “What future for Africa ?” - “Why
we are anti-globalists. The deceit of alter-globalism”.
Tribute
to the immediate actuality, Fabrice BEAUR, coordinator-general of the Revolutionnary
Committees for the European space, intervened also to explain the position
of the Libyan Jamahirya facing the imperialist blackmail in
the Lockerbie and UTA DC10
affairs, notably stigmatizing the position of the French government and
posing the question “Where are the terrorists ?”. He reminded us of
the Anglo-American support to the islamist terrorists in Libya and the NATO
aggression of 1986 (bombardments of the civil populations of Tripoli and Syrtes)
settled by Paul Bremer, then “Counter-terrorism” ambassador of Reagan, who
has become the Yankee gauleiter of Baghdad.
In
his introduction lecture, Luc MICHEL gave a reading of the chaos of the
New World Order through teachings of geopolitics, explaining the latter
and how the warmongering of the United States represented the last stadium of the
“eternal” war between continental power and thalassocracy, Earth and Sea:
the fight of Rome against Carthage, which the USA represents the most
accomplished modern version of.
A
round table on the theme “THE PLACE OF IRAQ IN THE IMPERIALIST PROJECTS OF
THE USA”, where many topics have been broached, of which the Iraqi
Resistance and the American neo-conservative “war”, sulfurous alliance of
the Yankee far-right and the Zionist and Israeli far-right.
Among the numerous intervening parties, let's mention Dr Ali FARFER (Jamahir Society), Mateusz PISORSKI, (Samobroona), Yves BATAILLE (director of LA LETTRE GEOPOLITIQUE, Belgrade), Edgard ANDRÉ (former director of A CONTRE-NUIT, professor to the Mons university), Mila ALECKOVIC (psychologist, spokeswoman of the KSE/Congress of Serbs of Europe, Belgrade), Commandant Pierre-Henry BUNEL, Dr Djimadoum LEY-NGARDIGAL (ACTUS)…
To note the large place made to debates on Africa - sadly absent elsewhere in affirmed west centralised “alter globalists” preoccupations - and to its unification in march, under the impulse of Muammar QADDAFI.
In
summary, for all participants, exhausting dialogue days but passionate, with
debates ending late at night. Militant meetings placed under the sign of an
intense militant friendship.
A
common preoccupation, expressed by all : the necessity of an united Front
against imperialism and exploitation and for the peoples’ cause, placed under
the respect of specificities and cultures of each. And a committed support to
states, peoples and movements being in the Front first line :
Libya, Belarus, People’s Republic of Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, Syria,
Palestinian and Iraqi resistances…
But
if the intellectual reflection is a thing, the praxis has not to be forgotten. In margin of the “4th Summer University”, a work
conference was held on August 25, on the initiative of the MIDD and PCN-NCP,
uniting executives and responsibles coming from the European Union, Eastern
Europe and Africa. It has been decided the transformation of the association
“The Peoples’ Cause”, already active in the
French-speaking space, in an international structure, an unitary Front
against imperialism and exploitation, that will include notably some
pan-Slav, pan-Serbian and pan-African networks. To follow.
The quadricontinental Front of peoples in struggle is in march !

Colonel Qaddafi’s regime mobilizes its European supports,
by fear of an American intervention.
The
"fourth summer university for the green, pacifist and alternative movements
in Europe", since such it is officially entitled, will take place from
August 22 to 25 in Paris. Behind
this appellation, it is in fact a heterogeneous galaxy of movements going from
the ultra-left to the nationalist right-wing that will meet, under the aegis of
the Tripoli regime.
Since
the 90’s, it is the Parti Communautaire National-européen (PCN), controlled
by Luc Michel and based in Belgium, that represents disciples of Qaddafi’s
“Green Book” in Europe (…)
This movement champions a so-called “national-bolchevick
line” and sees “in the direct democracy exercised in Libya a pilot
experience”.
It
is a same hate for Israel that welds participants
The
International Movement for the Direct Democracy (MIDD) and the Jamahir Society,
in charge of spreading in the world the ideas of Qaddafi, confided therefore to
it (PCN) the organization of this summer university, coordinated by Fabrice Béaur,
a former militant of the nationalist-revolutionary “Nouvelle Résistance”
group, become secretary general of the association The Peoples’ Cause,
satellite of the PCN. Up to here, it is about an insignificant meeting of the
alter-globalist movement, on the theme : “What future for the world order
?”.
But
things are more complex. Indeed, among participants (including Palestinians), is
Edgard André, honorary dean of the university of Mons, who directs the
publication “A contre-nuit”, settled at Roger Garaudy’s, Me Isabelle
Coutant-Peyre, Carlos' wife, is chief editor. Also announced, the Pole Marek
Glogoczowski, representing the Polska Wspolnota Narodowa party, an
ultra-nationalist movement with a very affirmed antizionism. It is a same hate
for the State of Israel that welds participants, beyond
the left-right-wing cleavages.
Another
common point, the support to the Iraqi Baath party. The PCN created indeed, in
France, “Iraq Committees” that opposes
the American presence. The fact that Luc Michel foresaw to intervene on
“the importance of the Iraqi question for the future of the world order: Libya,
next target ?”, demonstrates clearly enough that the next month meeting
interprets the fears of the Tripoli regime to be submitted tomorrow to the same
fate as Iraq.
What
probably explains that Libya begins to mobilize those who would be able to, in
this case, support it against a military intervention.
